Babies change so quickly in the first year—what you capture today will be a totally different moment next week. Baby photography freezes those precious memories: the wrinkly toes, sleepy yawns, and tiny fingers wrapped around yours. Generally I love to keep my baby photographs super simple – sleeping wrapped in soft fabric, cuddled in your arms, maybe skin to skin, or maybe lying on a blanket.

If you are looking for new born photos, they’re best done very soon after your baby is born, between birth and three-four weeks. So it’s a great to be super-organised and make a booking while you are still pregnent – we can be completely flexible about the date should your baby come early or want to delay it’s arrival! Maybe think about a pregnancy photography session too.

And babies can be unpredictable, and spend the whole session crying and screaming. Should that happen, and at my discretion, you may be offered the chance to return at no extra costs.
