Understanding wedding photography prices

Wedding photography prices are amazingly varied.  It is a minefield, just where do you begin?

I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for.  

I have chosen my award-winning suppliers because I believe they offer great products at good prices.  That doesn’t mean they are cheap, simply that they represent really good value for what they are.  I have tried many different products during my more than 20 years as a professional wedding photographer, some I loved and decided they were too expensive, and others I’ve hated and wanted nothing more to do with.  My current suppliers are far from being the cheapest, and far from being the most expensive, and I believe represent really good value for money if you are looking for something that you will treasure and love for many years.

Wedding Photography Prices – what’s included

I offer you four different options for all day photography, starting from your preparations and continuing all the way through to your Wedding Dance in the evening and beyond if you have anything special planned for later. I don’t have a limited number of hours, and so I won’t leave before my job for you is finished.

All of these options include two photographers for the whole, and the variation in price is accounted for by the different products included.

All of these options include full consultation and planning before your wedding, so that you get the wedding photographs you want, and viewing and order support afterwards, including an online gallery you can share with your family and friends.

Where an album is included, you will be able to preview the design before it is produced, and one set of changes is included in your investment.

All of these option include full editing of your finished photographs.

And all of these options include smiles.

Option One £995

The story of your Wedding Day told by two photographers from your preparations until your Wedding Dance, with at least 300 fully edited images on a pretty presentation USB, including a complimentary set sized for your phone and social media. Book?

Option Two £1295

You’ll see the complete story of your Wedding Day, recorded as it unfolds by two photographers, from your preparations until your Wedding Dance, with at least 400 fully edited images on a pretty presentation USB, including a complimentary set sized for your phone and social media, with a small and beautifully designed Wedding Album of forty pages displaying 60 images of your choice. Your Wedding Album is available in rectangular or square formats, A4 and 10×10 inches respectively with a huge range of covers available from the award-winning Bellissimo Perfetto range. Book?

Option Three £1595

A fantastic option, giving you all day coverage, with two photographers from your preparations until your Wedding Dance, with at least 400 fully edited images on a pretty presentation USB, including a complimentary set sized for your phone and social media, with a Wedding Album of forty pages displaying 80 images of your choice. This album is from Loxley’s award-winning Bellissimo Aptera range and is stunning – and it’s my favourite – your wedding photographs are displayed using matted overlays, hinting at tradition but with a fantastic modern twist!

Option Four £1995

For the bride who wants absolutely everything! The ultimate option, giving you all day coverage, with two photographers from your preparations until your Wedding Dance, with at least 400 fully edited images on a pretty presentation USB, including a complimentary set sized for your phone and social media, with a big beautiful Wedding Album forty pages displaying 80 images of your choice. As with Option Two, you can choose a square (14 x 14 inch) format, or rectangular (A3) with a huge range of covers available. In addition, this option includes two smaller versions of your book or album, designed as gifts for your parents, and an additional photo shoot, about 2-3 months before your wedding, from which I create a Signing Book for your guests to sign on your wedding day. If none of these options are quite what you are looking for, I am more than happy to create something bespoke just for you. Just ask.

Is this all I will pay?

Yes, there’s no VAT, no hidden surprise (except one!), and the only way in which you will end up spending more money is because you love the pictures so much you want lots of canvas wraps, or acrylics, or Alumini prints for your walls.

The hidden surprise? Well, quite simply we have to be at your venue with you all day, so while you are enjoying your wedding breakfast, please arrange for your caterers to have something available for us too. That’s all.
