Dorset Wildlife Trust

The organisation working to protect the natural environment of our glorious county!

RSPB

One of the oldest green organisations in the world! Before the concept of “green” was even established!

Greenpeace

Along with Friends of the Earth, enormously influential and wider in scope, until recently, than the more traditional organisations such as the RSPB and the Wildlife Trusts.

Friends of The Earth

I remember doing volunteer work with FoE back in the 80s, collecting paper for recycling by going door to door, long before local authorities had interest in the issue. We made so much money, for our local group and for the national organistaion!
